moving along gracefully until the rocky rapids produce white water and splashing currents in life.
Not knowing where you'll fall, you know you will at least land.

Fire Within
|
|
Stained glass, jewels, copper, gold mica powder, fused glass beads, glass nuggets, glass beads. Cool, pastel colors adorn a Goddess symbol indicating a peaceful, orderly exterior…a face shown to the world. A little bit of organized color, nothing extravagant or wild, simply placed as in an “old style”. Yet from within comes the fire and excitement, pluming out of the crevice, deeply colored, splashed with gold and copper, bold, larger than life, and beautiful. The light exposes sparkles, jewels, and adornments of a vivacious inner soul. This is the story of self, this is the story of women who have courage and strength within and show passion when opening up.

3 Peas in a Pod

A favorite memory of mine is the journey two friends and I took one summer with our horses to Acadia National Park. Laughing, snoring, eating, talking, sharing. These are wonderful moments in our life when we share with friends who have a common interest that is so enjoyable that you feel like you are 3 peas in a pod.

Blue is the color of healers. With almost every color represented in the curl, signifying the components of self, Curling Up is our being surrounded by white. The white marble, stones and selenite crystals embrace the curl increasing the flow of life force, giving healing to the body, mind and spirit.

| Buoys Afloat |
| This 18x24 framed mosaic is made from real sea-lost buoys given to me by the harbormaster after the Patriots Day storm. They are mosaiced with venetian glass tiles, mirror tiles and refitted with original rope. The three buoys are afloat in a sea of stained glass and glass nuggets, then framed with an older wooden frame to enhance the old ocean feel. This piece is wired to hang on a wall and weighs approximately 10 pounds. $850 |

| Raku shards, glass bubbles and an unusual piece of driftwood come together as if drifting out at sea. Colorful contrasts and textures bring the viewer into the mosaic allowing a moment of drifting to occur.
